STONE understood the historic beauty that 610 Park represents with its decorative stone facade. Considering the historical factors, STONE color matched all decorative stone pointing and recaulked areas around the decorative stone window sills for added durability between the joints  to assure an original, brand new look to the facade.

STONE's observations concluded that the building required serious decorative stone repairs. Upon close examination and survey, STONE reformed the decorative stone to match original shape and condtion upon completion.

With the many intricate designs and elements all across the facade of 610 Park, STONE documented all decorative sections noted to have deficencies. While working closely with Landmarks Preservation Commission to replace all elements found unsafe to their original, historic aesthetic while on budget. 

STONE also paid special attention to the masonry pointing at the facade of the buildinng. STONE made sure to provide several samples to Landmarks Preservation Commission to ensure we replicated historical conditions.

Just as the top of the facade decorative stone required attention, so did the bottom end. STONE made sure to patch and replace the decorative limestone to have its replacement look as if the building was finished today! 

The decorative limestone sections original to the building were extremely weathered and lacked the maintainence they required to give the historic appeal the attention it deserved. STONE patched and rerplaced all damaged sections of stone while giviing the decorative limestone sections a facelift with a pressure washig to give the decorative stone the shine it deserved.

STONE took into account the patterns and shapes of the existing decorative stone that made 610 Park Avenue the Landmark it is today. STONE survyed all the damaged patterns at the facade, their thicknesses, to replicate per Landmarks madate. Upon completion, STONE brought back the existing decorative sections back to life and attention grabbing to all passerbys.
