251 West 89th Street boasts along the corner of 89th street with gorgeous decorative stone and matching colored masonry. Although, the building was found exhibiting disrepairs at the existing masonry, decorative stone, and existing parapet. STONE scoped the replacement of a majority of the decorative stone, parapet facade proper to ensure a safe building for the tenants and pedestrians around the building.
WATERTABLE REPLACEMENT
STONE scoped the replacement of the existing masonry watertable to match the existing colorway and decorative protrucing masonry.
STONE also took into consideration the topside of hte newly rebuilt watertables. STONE scoped the installation of new liquid waterproofing to be installed atop the new watertables to ensure water tightness.
STONE found the existing parpets at the building to be in disrepair and scoped the replacement of existing parpaets with new. The new parpets were installed with masonry and decorative stone to match existing in color and type.
STONE also took into account the condition of the existing decorative stone and found a majority that requied replacement. STONE scoped the replacement of damaged decorative stone with new to match existing historic appeal.

The decorative stone headers atop the windows at the building were also found to be in disrepair. STONE scoped the replacement of all stone headers in kind with drip edges below.
An existing corner of the building was found to be exhibiting damages beyond repairs and required replacement. STONE scoped the replacement of the existing corner while mimicking the existing masonry pattern,
