Located in Great Neck, NY, 21 Canterbury Road an interesting white colored property that doesnt appeal much on the exterior but reveals itself on the interior courtyard. Upon the interior, there is an open courtyard two story courtyard that the residents can enjoy. STONE scoped the installation of new railings along the parapets and retaining walls as well as replacement of the existing door thresholds to marble for a matching clean finish with the courtyard.
RAILING INSTALLATION
STONE scoped the installation of new railings along the entirety of the exterior retaining walls to the courtyard. The railing was colored white to match the surrounding walls.
STONE also scoped the repairs of the existing stucco at the courtyard as several sections were found to be dislodged of missing from the surrounding walls. Upon completion of repairs at the stucco, the wall regained its streamlined white look.
STONE also waterproofed the existing deck at both the main floor as well as the second floor. Post waterproofing, the existing pavers were reinstalled on pavers pedestials for a safe and sturdy walking surface.
The existing door thresholds at the interior courtyard area at both floors had the existing door threshold replaced with new marble thresholds that match the existing white of the building facade.
