After substantial damage to the interior of the building, the interior hallways and surrounding entranceways to the apartments required replacement and rehabilitation to return the interior back to its former glory. STONE ensured that the replacement product matched existing for the tenants to enjoy.
WALLPAPER REPLACEMENT
STONE scoped the existing, damaged wallpaper with new to match existing to mimmick the exising pattern and complexity that the patches of wallpaper bring out in the midst of the adjacent surrounding walls.
The existing allure of each floor of the building was the accent lighting to each apartment. STONE took careful consideration in the replacement of the existing LED lighting and associated troughs to have the existing accent to prevail once more.
With the replacement of all associated damaged elements, STONE also scoped the replacement of the existing carpeting with new. The new carpeting was designed with a new colorway and paneling to accent the lighter colors above.
