STONE utilized the open space of the rear yeard to install a more accessible option to the top of the terrace at the courtyard. STONE also updated the surrounding space to accomodate the rehabilitation at the terrace.

STONE updated the perimeter of the existing terrace with new top mount metal railings that matched the color of the adjacent egress and contrasted with the adjacent plumb pavers.

STONE utilized the existing terrace space, replaced the roof to a brand new conditon that allowed for the placement of pavers for the residents.

Just as the main rear, elevated terrace deserved attention, so did the entrannce area to the terrace. STONE repoured the concrete at the base of the terrace area, giving it a clean look, STONE also updated the entrance areas with top mount railings for safety and concealing the mechanical systems with a new employee accessible divider.
